If you are a regular customer then you may already have an account, otherwise you can register for a new one. We can sync any information we already have for you and your pet for you at a later date.
1. LOGIN OR REGISTER
We will need to know a little about you and your pet, so feel free to be as informative as possible! When you add your dates, it will give you the option to book a time slot. Please ignore this; our regular opening hours apply regardless of these time slots and you can arrive whenever you like during these hours. To check our opening hours, please click here.
2. ADD YOUR DETAILS
Your booking is not confirmed until one of our team has reviewed it. You will receive an email when your booking has been confirmed with further information on your pet's stay, including the total price.

Please be aware that we cannot take any pets that are not up to date with all relevant vaccinations. Please familiarise yourself with our vaccination policy by clicking here. Unfortunately, if you arrive to board your pet and are unable to provide proof of vaccinations, your booking will be refused.
